John does great work and someone I trust. I've used John's services over the last 5 years. He has painted two homes I've purchased and both of my business locations. John has also done handyman work for me as well. Besides doing good work, always using quality materials, he is someone I trust. I highly recommend using John for your paint and handyman needs.
On four occasions over the last several I've hired John Soro and team from Tico Painting for both exterior and interior jobs for my home as well as my mother's home. Without fail, using superior paints and applications techniques, the painting jobs were completed in a timely manner with excellent results. John is fair with his prices and will make sure the end result is exactly what the customer envisioned.
Ok if I could give them 10 stars I would. Very reasonable, punctual and did what he said he's going to do when he said he's going to do it. Got the yardtistry brand pergola with cedar wood and aluminum roof from Costco a few years back. Learned from them that I needed water based stain or sealer or a combination. I was able to get the stain from Dixieline and John and his team started at 9:30 and wrapped up at 3:30 and took an hour lunch. They laid down the tarps and taped everything off and didn't leave a mess.
